FAQs
The Proofs look terrible
When you place your order, I edit the images to make them perfect before sending them to the lab to be processed. So if the proofs look a little dark, funny colors, or bits of camera gear poking into the side of the shot - don't worry, that will all be fixed. If there are issues or you're not happy with the finished prints you receive, we will replace them or refund your money. We're a small mom and pop business, so quality and customer experience are our number one priority.
Packages & Class Pictures
You can order any number of individual prints, or any number of packages. Packages do not include a class picture. Class pictures are treated just like any other picture and can be ordered in whatever size and quantity you want. Packages are all of the same image.
I can't find my photographs
Because everyone was wearing the same leotards it's quite possible that the people who were photographed at the start or end of their group might have been put with the wrong crowd. Check the gallery before or after your scheduled shoot time just to double check. If you still can't find them, check out the "Lost and Found" gallery.
Digital Files
Digital files are sized to print at 5x7 (@ 300dpi) which is a really high quality image. You can print them larger and most people won't notice the difference in quality but obviously we don't recommend that.
Digital File Pricing - UPDATED
Since putting the order forms together we have modified our digital file pricing. We now have a sliding scale so that the more images you purchase, the cheaper they get. The first two images are $25 each, the next two are $20 each, the next two are $15 each and then any image after that is $10. If you order 10 or more images they will be delivered on a USB memory stick otherwise they will be emailed to you.
Custom Art
Our studio is known for it's custom fine art prints. If you'd like to get more information or discuss what we can do with your images, please let us know.

Order Process
Step 1 - Sign in to the gallery (use the links below)
Step 2 - Find the image you want to purchase
The unique image number can be found on the top left corner of the image in the main preview and will look something like 022315-MadY-1234.jpg
Write this number in the space at the top of the order form.
Step 3 - In the column underneath where you wrote the image number, write how many of the products you want for that image. So for example, if you want Package C and 4 extra 8x10s, you would write "1" in the box alongside "Package C" and write "4" in the row alongside "8x10 print".
Step 4 - Once you have all your images and quantities entered on the form. Add up each row to find out how many of that item you're getting, and multiply that by the price. Write that number in the "Print Total" column at the end of the row.
Step 5 - Now add up the "Print Total" column and enter the grand total in the space at the bottom of the column. That's how much your order will cost. Sales tax is already included, so just use that number.
Step 6 - Decide how you'd like to pay and fill out the bottom part of the form. Checks are the safest and most convenient and should be made out to "Enduring Images". If you'd like to pay by credit card but don't want to fill out the paper part of the form, simply write "Will Call" in the credit card number section. We will call you when we process the form to take a credit card over the phone.
